Would you like to know more about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit?  Would you like to know more about the church of the New Testament?  These resources can help you find answers to your questions:
  • The Bible: This is your first and most important resourceChoose a reliable translation such as the New King James, the American Standard edition, or the English Standard Version. Study of the scriptures is commanded and approved by God (2 Timothy 3:16-17), and those who examine the scriptures to verify what they are being taught are commended (Acts 17:11, 1 Thessalonians 5:21).
  • World Video Bible School:  Taught by faithful members of the body of Christ, World Video Bible School offers free Bible courses available on-line.  You can read more about World Video Bible School here. Many courses are available in American Sign Language (ASL), and several languages in addition to English. 
  • Searching for Truth:  We have free DVDs and Study Guides available for the Searching for Truth series. In addition, you can view each lesson at the Searching for Truth website.  These lessons are also available in Spanish at Buscando La Verdad.org
  • House to House, Heart to Heart, a free bi-monthly magazine sponsored by members of the churches of Christ, has a website that includes many resources such as a Bible question and answer index.  If you don't find your question already answered there, you can submit a question and receive a personal response that will be Bible-based and Bible-centered.  The site also includes a free, on-line searchable King James Bible.
  • In Search of the Lord's Way  Sponsored by the church of Christ in Edmund, Oklahoma, In Search of the Lord's Way provides Bible-based gospel sermons available on-line as well as on many television stations. Free Bible studies, Bible Reading guides and Daily Devotionals are also available on the website as well as well as hundreds of hymns sung in four-part accapella harmony (http://www.searchtv.org/music.html)  In the Florence area, In Search of the Lord's Way can be viewed at 7:30 am each Sunday morning on CW channel 12 on Charter, or KMTR 16.2 if you are watching over the air via the translator.  In Search of the Lord's Way can also be viewed at 7:00 am Sunday on Dish channel 239, DirecTV channel 307, over the Internet on the Gospel Broadcasting Network (www.gbntv.org).
